The Nike Dunk Low "Midas Gold" brings the silhouette's classic two-tone color-blocking into a bold gold-and-red combination. Rooted in the collegiate DNA of the Dunk's 1985 "Be True to Your School" heritage, the colorway has drawn comparisons to the palettes of college football programs that share the same Midas Gold and red combination. The shoe originally released in February 2022 and returned via restock in July 2023.

Midas Gold leather covers the perforated toe box, mid-panel, and collar, while Tough Red leather defines the overlays, Swoosh, heel tab, and eyestay. A nylon tongue in matching gold carries red Nike branding, and a clean white rubber midsole grounds the louder hues of the upper.
