The Nike CPFM Air Flea 2 is the second silhouette born from the ongoing partnership between Nike and Cactus Plant Flea Market (CPFM), the LA-based label founded by Cynthia Lu. Released on October 18, 2023, the Air Flea 2 launched in two colorways — Black Alabaster and Faded Spruce — building on the legacy of the hairy Air Flea 1 and earlier collabs like the 2019 Air VaporMax.

The "Faded Spruce" colorway dresses the neoprene-like synthetic upper in a muted green-blue hue, offset by Alabaster Swooshes, a black outsole, and black midfoot straps. Asymmetric details set this pair apart: the left shoe's midfoot sole features a red accent while the right carries a brown tone, and the dual heel pull tabs are rendered in contrasting Pro Green, Black, orange, and yellow. "FLEA 2" and "AIR" co-branding appear stitched across those pull tabs, with CPFM's Yin-Yang logo shared on the tongue.

Structurally, traditional laces are replaced by two thick elastic midfoot straps equipped with a snap button system, allowing for attachment of the included jumbo Swoosh and graphic pins. The oversized waffle-tread outsole — a nod to Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman's original waffle sole — extends aggressively to the toe cap and heel, lending a maximalist, utilitarian silhouette. A foot-shaped outsole pattern and heatmap sockliner design round out the interior. The pair originally included a yellow dustbag and pin set as accessories.
