The Jordan 5 Retro Olive brings back a colorway that originally debuted in 2006 as part of Jordan Brand's Lifestyle Series. The 2024 retro reproduces the silhouette faithfully, built on a textured suede upper saturated in Army Olive with tonal molded eyelets and breathable quarter-panel mesh — the same netting detail that has defined the AJ5 since Tinker Hatfield first designed the model in 1990, drawing inspiration from WWII fighter jets.

Solar Orange contrasts the olive base across the interior lining, Jumpman logos on the tongue and heel, and the shark-tooth detailing on the olive polyurethane midsole — a signature graphic rooted in the P-51 Mustang fighter plane aesthetic. A 3M metallic silver backdrop on the tongue delivers the reflective element that has been a hallmark of the AJ5 line since its original release, while a translucent rubber outsole completes the build.
