Released on July 27, 2024, to coincide with the opening of the Paris Summer Olympics, the Air Jordan 4 Retro SE "Wet Cement" takes a distinctly understated approach to the Olympic theme. Rather than leaning on national-flag colors, the shoe draws its identity from the cobblestone streets of Paris, rendered in a fully monochromatic palette of Smoke Grey, Iron Grey, Cement Grey, and Particle Grey.

The upper pairs a nubuck base with a suede forefoot overlay and a debossed grid pattern on the quarter panel — a construction that calls back to the grail-tier AJ4 KAWS from 2017. Speckled detailing carries across the TPU support wings and molded heel tab, each marked with a raised Jumpman icon, while a second Jumpman logo appears on the tongue. Underfoot, a dark grey polyurethane midsole houses the signature visible Air-Sole unit in the heel.
