The Air Jordan 3 Retro "Wizards" is the retail realization of a long-coveted Player Exclusive — a colorway originally crafted for Michael Jordan during his tenure with the Washington Wizards in the early 2000s. Jordan Brand officially brought this PE to the public on April 29, 2023, honoring the final chapter of MJ's NBA playing career in Washington, D.C.

Built to OG '88 spec, the silhouette carries a white tumbled leather upper dressed in the Wizards' team colors. Cement Grey elephant print wraps the toe, eyestay, and heel panel — a hallmark of the AJ3 dating back to Tinker Hatfield's original 1988 design. True Blue lands on the heel guard, collar, and upper eyelets, while Metallic Copper accents on the lower lace eyelets and tongue Jumpman distinguish this colorway from its "True Blue" cousin. A "Nike Air" hit on the heel tab and a visible Air-Sole unit in the white midsole complete the retro-spec construction.
