The 2024 edition marks the Kobe 9 Elite Protro's turn in the all-white spotlight, following prior Halo releases on the Kobe 8 Protro. The low-top silhouette dropped alongside a high-top counterpart, giving the full Kobe 9 Elite Protro line its Halo moment.

The shoe builds on the original Kobe 9 Elite's DNA with a lightweight Flyknit upper for a snug, breathable fit, React foam cushioning in the midsole for responsive court feel, and a carbon fiber plate that adds subtle structural contrast to the otherwise clean all-white build.
