At Grails Inc, we want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Standard Shipping is available on all US orders totaling $250 or more.
For orders under $250, shipping rates are carrier-calculated via UPS and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations via UPS. International shipping rates are carrier-calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through UPS or via the tracking notifications powered by Tracktor. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.
In-Store Pickup – Indianapolis
Prefer to skip shipping altogether? In-store pickup is available at our Indianapolis location. Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready — typically within 1 business day.
